Authors whose paper has been accepted please submit the following items before November 1, 2004: 
  • Camera-ready paper in .PDF files. The maximum length of the paper is 10 pages and extra pages will be over charged with $10 US for each extra page (click style.doc for paper format preparation). Please submit your paper through the following URL link http://www.im.ntu.edu.tw/kmap2004/submit/submit/phase3.html, or click paper submission on the home page of KMAP and click step 3 camera-ready paper submission.
  • File name: Please use paper number when naming your file, and, use the paper number in all correspondence Submitted files must be named as the contact author's last name and first name.  A file naming example would be, for paper number 012: <012_last name_first initial.pdf>
  • A hard copy of printed paper (mail out before November 15).
  • Copyright Transfer Form, completed and signed.
  • Completed registration form and fee for each presenting author. (Please fill it out, indicating fee and any additional paper fees.)
  • Presenting authors' Speaker's Biographical Sketch. This will assist session chair in introducing you.

Note: papers that are received after the deadline (November 15, 2004), without the necessary forms and without payment (registration fee) by December 1st may not appear in the proceeding. Payment for the extra page(s) must be received in order for your paper to be correctly included in the proceedings. One of the authors of each accepted paper must present the paper at the conference, and pay the full registration fee.

 As you prepare your presentation, please note that all papers are slotted 20 minutes.

  2. Payment (bank draft or the photocopy of your bank transfer), (by fax, mail or email)
  3. Copyright transfer form (by fax or mail)
  4. Speaker's Biographical Sketch (by email)

  6. Hard copy of your full paper (by mail)
